**remember every school year/semester is a chance to be brand new. If there is something you don’t like or you think you can improve , this is the right time !!! Cut your hair , smile more , put attention in class , etc .
** it’s okay to worry about your future , but remember that if you stay up really late and struggle with anxiety disorder while doing homework and drinking coffee so you eyes don’t close ,it’s NOT going to help you future ! Take care of yourself please !
** it is more likely people are no even paying attention when you are presenting ,so don’t panic !
